I offer you a unique methodology: the optimization of your mental performances, through the Target Method®, an action-based learning method. I am the only coach - trainer operating in Belgium of this method resulting from high level sport.

The Target Method® is taught at the University of Dijon and has been applied for more than 25 years in the corporate world. Between sessions, I invite you to practice at least one exercise to anchor your learning.

In order to guide you in optimizing your mental performance, I offer to complete your Profile of Aptitude to the Challenge Profile.
This is not a test, but a questionnaire composed of 100 questions. It places you immediately in all the acts of your life, between the mental demands of a lived situation and the mental resources available to answer them.
In this way, we have a quick analysis of your mental "positions" and I offer you the easy implementation of practical mental tools to help you progress.

In contrast to personality tests, which have changed at different times in time, there are generally few changes, the Profile of Aptitude to the Challenge® and the Mental Performance Model®, key tools of the Target® Method. measure your evolution through five zones:
